Gender Equality Plan (GEP)

1. Introduction

As a freelance teacher, I am committed to treating all participants with respect and appreciation, regardless of their gender, gender identity, or expression. My goal is to promote equal opportunities and actively prevent discrimination.


2. Objectives

  • Equal treatment of all participants without any gender-based disadvantage
  • Creating a learning environment where all participants feel comfortable and safe
  • Supporting the individual needs and life situations of participants
  • Facilitating the compatibility of learning schedules with family and personal commitments

3. Measures

  • Openness and respect in interactions with all participants
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse needs
  • Sensitive and unbiased design of lessons and materials
  • Addressing and resolving any instances of discrimination or disadvantage if they arise

4. Responsibility

I take full responsibility for implementing this plan and regularly reflect on my practices. Feedback from participants is taken seriously and used to improve my offerings.


5. Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Regular review of teaching practices and materials with regard to equal treatment
  • Collecting feedback on participants’ experience of the learning environment
  • Documenting and handling incidents to ensure a discrimination-free atmosphere
